PVC Waterproof Membrane Machine Description
These PVC Waterproof Membrane Production Line can be extruded with the plant by adding assistants into polyvinyl chloride resin to provide flexibility, smoothness and stability, conforming to the national standards of GB12953-2003.
The equipment is electronic numerical control, high automaticity and easy to operate.
Host adopt advanced trans-mission technology, can save electricity up to 30%.
Automatic heating system had taken thick-circuit, saving electricity about 40%.
1. Extruder SJ120 Reducer SJY500 Engine Power is 75 KW (VVVF, variable voltage variable frequency)
2. Extruder barrel can be used 38CYMOALA materials with nitriding treatment. Screw heating power is 38 KW
3. Die can be with inner heating system, power is 34KW.
4. Three-Roller Device is vertical style, surface of roller was with hard chrome treatment. Power is 3KW. (VVVF, variable voltage variable frequency)
5. Traction Device can be used twin-roller tightening with torque traction. Power is 16N.
6. Winding Unit is adopted friction winder with auto counters and length alarm device. Power is 1.1KW.
